Episode 11 of the “20 Posts for 20 Years of Business” series

Twenty years on the market have shown us one thing – the greatest pillar of GN-KNIT is our people!

Today, it’s time for a special post. We take off our hard hats and pay tribute to our employees.

Here’s a team that has been working with us for over 18 years!

Once they all conquered foreign construction sites together, today some of them still regularly travel to Sweden and other European countries, while others ensure that everything runs smoothly on their home turf 🙂

Meet the masters for whom nothing is impossible on a construction site:

Adam Krajewski (since 2005) – He speaks little, works hard! A true wood whisperer – he builds houses and terraces so perfectly that a spirit level rests next to him 🙂
Wiesław Stolarczyk (since 2005) – Our finishing specialist. He creates true soft focus. No imperfections, pure perfection.
Piotr Polberg (since 2006) – A man of synergy. He enjoys working in tandem with Mr. Edward Krogul the most, and it must be admitted that they understand each other without words.
Adam Michałowski (since 2006) – A man for special tasks and a team representative! He went from construction in Sweden to Base Manager. Today, he manages the fleet, equipment, and warehouse, and when necessary, he rolls up his sleeves, proving that nothing is impossible for him.
Krzysztof Michałowski (since 2007) – Our handyman. He has mastered the assembly of year-round timber-frame houses to perfection – he assembles them so efficiently that he could do it with his eyes closed!
Jan Drozd (since 2007) – Another pillar of our team, whose loyalty and experience we have been able to count on for almost two decades.
Sławomir Haza (since 2007) – A perfectionist through and through. He lays tiles—from micro to large formats—so perfectly that the concept of “repairs” doesn’t even exist for him.
Edward Krogul (since 2008) – an excellent organizer, foreman, and all-around specialist in his field. His specialty is flat roofs and professional roofing services (including roofing felt). Mr. Krogul is also adept at masonry and plastering. He’s a professional who knows no construction detail.
Władysław Modlisz (since 2008) – Another virtuoso of finishing, for whom walls are his canvas! His absolute “top of the line” is wallpaper. He installs them with such precision and sensitivity, as if he were tailoring a suit 🙂

Although we’ve mentioned those with the longest tenure today, we’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the employees of GN-KNIT! Many of you have been with us at this company for many years. Did you know that the average tenure with us is almost 9 years? This proves that the GN-KNIT team is a well-coordinated, confident team you can always count on. In the business rush, we’re like an F1 team – everyone knows exactly what to do, and our pit stops are flawless!

Gentlemen! Nearly two decades of working together have resulted in hundreds of completed projects, thousands of anecdotes, liters of sweat, but above all – a string of shared successes and satisfied investors.

Thank you for your loyalty and commitment, for helping shape the history of GN-KNIT, and for always being there for us. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today!
